⚡The US and Ukraine are nearing an agreement on a minerals framework that could be signed as early as this week. Several Ukrainian MPs, including members of Zelensky’s ruling party, have voiced concerns about the proposed deal, telling the Financial Times they would not support a bad deal. Senior Ukrainian officials told the Financial Times that the framework would cover all mineral resources; including oil, gas, and key energy assets; across the entire territory of Ukraine. |

⚡According to Reuters, U.S. President Trump plans to offer Saudi Arabia an arms package worth well over $100 Billion during his visit to the Middle East in May. The package will reportedly include advance weapons not previously offered to the Saudis, such as aircraft, air defenses, drones and radars, in an attempt to convince them to halt the further purchase of weapons from China.
