– Ukraine will not seek NATO membership

– Ukraine allowed to pursue EU membership

– The U.S. formally recognizes Crimea as part of Russia

– The U.S. 'de-facto' recognizes the Russian-controlled parts of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia (non-recognition), while territory in Kharkov region goes back to Ukraine

– The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will come under U.S. Administration

– The Kakhovka Dam and Hydroelectric Plant in Kherson will come under U.S. Administration (The 'Kakhovka' Dam was destroyed in 2023)

– Ukraine gets passage rites through the Dnieper River and regains control of the 'Kinburn Spit' which sits at the mouth of the Dnieper

– Sanctions relief for Russia

Zelensky and the Europeans have expressed dissatisfaction and already sent a new proposal to Trump, it will already be null and void by the time it is proposed to Russia today.

A development that I predict to happen in the nearest future is that the Baltics and eastern europeans will soon know their place.

The main reason for the west cozying them up into their union, from nato to EU, was to integrate them properly and shift the frontline very close to Russia, for a future battle that will end the Russia question once and for all.

Since Ukraine was the last card in the domino to create a unified front, and has proven a loss, then no need cozying up with Russia's neighbour. See how Ukraine now is being colonised by the west with the mineral deals proposed by Trump, same fate awaits others.
