Ready2speak:There are CCTV cameras everywhere in Russia. Infact Russia is the most monitored state in the world. Google it. From the video I watched he pretended like he was riding his scooter and placed it behind the car. The streets were empty so nobody saw anything. Even if they saw, it's not the first time someone is riding on a scooter. Do you know how large Moscow is? It's gonna take him at least a day to get out of Moscow. |
