⚡Footage of tests of new 🇷🇺 Russian high-precision long-range surface-to-surface missile from 51P6 missile launcher of the S-400 air defense system at the Kapustin Yar test site. A new missile is being developed for the S-400 air defense system, specially “tailored” to strike ground targets. ⚡Reuters: 🇹🇼 Taiwan prosecutors are investigating accusations that people tried to interfere in the island's submarine program and that details about it were leaked, in what would be a serious breach of security. Huang Shu-kuang, who is leading the program, told local media last week that lawmakers, whom he did not name, had made it difficult for the program to purchase critical equipment, and that a contractor who had failed to obtain a bid forwarded information to 🇨🇳 China. Taiwan's Supreme Prosecutors Office, in a short statement, said Huang's accusations had attracted "great attention" given the national security and defence implications.

⚡🇺🇦 Ukraine’s Military Intelligence (GUR): Kamikaze UAV strikes targeted a Russian aircraft factory where Kh-59 missiles were produced. On October 1, 2023, as a result of an attack on the Smolensk Aviation Plant, the production process of Kh-59 missiles of various modifications was disrupted. According to confirmed data, three out of four UAVs hit the target, causing significant damage to the production facilities of the military enterprise of the aggressor state. The Kh-59 missile (in the Kh-59MK2 modification) of the "air-to-surface" class with a range of up to 280 km is one of those with which the 🇷🇺 Russian Aerospace Forces most often fire at military and civilian objects in Ukraine. Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions suffer the most from the use of such weapons.

Kowsar is an observation satellite with an imaging resolution of 3.5 meters per pixel, which can be used for agricultural purposes, surveying and demarcation. Nahid 1 has been built with the aim to gain knowhow and experience in the development of Geosynchronous communication satellites. It is the first 🇮🇷 Iranian satellite equipped with deployable solar panels.

⚡NATO will deploy two reconnaissance aircraft to Lithuania to monitor 🇷🇺 Russia, according to the alliance's statement. "Our systems can detect aircraft and missiles hundreds of kilometers away, making them a key tool for NATO's early warning," said NATO Acting Spokesperson Dylan White. NATO plans to station AWACS aircraft in Šiauliai, with the first aircraft arriving there today. Around 150 NATO military personnel will be stationed in 🇱🇹 Lithuania to "support the aircraft." In January of this year, NATO deployed AWACS aircraft to 🇷🇴 Romania for the same purpose – monitoring Russia.
