Almost immediately after the joint statement, Guinea joins in warning the outside forces and threatening to enter the war on the side of the 🇳🇪 Niger Military Council. ⚡️Mexico will not participate in the negotiations on 🇺🇦 Ukraine without Russia, as stated by the country's President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, while commenting on Mexico's presence at the talks on Ukraine organized by 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia. "If both Ukraine and 🇷🇺 Russia agree to seek a solution to achieve peace, we will participate. If the parties to the conflict agree and invite (other countries.) for this purpose, we are in favor of peace. If two countries are represented - yes," the Mexican president said.
