⚡️NATO lacks military mobility, which is why it is not able to effectively contain Russia, former commander-in-chief of 🇺🇸 US forces in Europe, Retired General Ben Hodges, said in an interview with the "Washington Post".

"Being faster than the 🇷🇺 Russians, in order to reach the key place - that's the only indicator that has significance for effective containment, and we can't do that yet. "Military mobility is still a problem," Hodges said.

⚡The currently circulated photos of what is claimed to be the first abandoned 🇺🇦 Ukrainian Leopard 2 tank is misleading.

Although it resembles a 🇩🇪 Leopard 2A4 at first glance, it lacks crucial details such as the gun ejector, characteristic hatches above the track skirts, and front hull spare tracks.

Most likely, that the vehicle is not a Leopard but something else, possibly an AMX-10RC.

⚡The fiercest fighting is currently taking place in and around Novodonetsk. The enemy was able to gain a foothold in the settlement. They used over 35 armored vehicles in the attack. Many were destroyed. There are also reports that leopards are used for the first time. However, this needs to be checked further to confirm it.

Fighting is currently going on in the settlement. 🇷🇺 Russian units try everything to drive the enemy out of the settlement. However, 🇺🇦 Ukrainian Army continues to draw reserves to the battle without end. Tanks and artillery work non-stop on both sides. Very difficult situation at the moment, but we believe in our Russian soldiers! Other attacks today on the Zaporozhye Front have all been repelled so far. But the enemy is also pulling up new reserves on other parts of the front in order to attack again later.

⚡Overnight, losses of AFU in 🇷🇺 Zaporozhye Oblast and Southern DPR amounted to 17 APCS, 11 IFVS, 9 Tanks, and beyond 900+ personnel.

The advance of the 🇺🇦 AFU was 700 m near Velikaya Novoselka; they attempted for offensive in Avdeevka however suffered significant losses and retreated.

In the Ugledar and Pobyeda, AFU attempted to probe the villages around Pobyeda; suffered losses amounting to nearly 250 personnel and 8 vehicles and retreated.

In total, losses are nearing 2.000 personnel and almost 45 destroyed vehicles from one night of attack.

Battles continue today, as the AFU is attempting another large-scale probing attack. Western vehicles are involved.

To summarize: All attacks were repulsed. 250 🇺🇦 AFU soldiers were killed. 16 tanks and 21 armoured fighting vehicles destroyed.

⚡🇺🇦 Ukrainian forces are continuing to shell civilian areas in Shebekino and other towns in Belgorod oblast. Several civilians have been killed. The rationale is likely to bait 🇷🇺 Russian command into pulling troops from the hot areas of the front.

It's a tactic they use often; e.g. during the Russian push on Severodonetsk, the Ukrainians intensified their terror shellings in Donetsk to apocalyptic levels to bait 🇷🇺 Russia into pulling artillery units back to the city for counter-battery purposes.

"Three MRAP mine-resistant armoured vehicles were provided by the US, one by 🇵🇱 Poland. At least two of them were seized by Russian forces. Rifles from the Czech Republic and 🇧🇪 Belgium and an anti-tank AT-4 used in the US and in the West were also used."- the publication notes.

The 🇺🇸 Washington Post also said that this raises questions about Kiev's control over the situation.
