“Two things are important for us. That Ukraine does not pose a threat to Russia is the first. And the second is that Russians and Ukrainians are treated as [representatives of] the rest of the world. Like the French are treated in 🇧🇪 Belgium or 🇮🇹 Italians or 🇩🇪 Germans in 🇨🇭 Switzerland, not in a special way. We cannot tolerate discrimination. This is a flagrant violation of the [Universal] Declaration of Human Rights and all other documents," the ambassador said.

Obviously, such sentiments are approved by Erdogan.

There is a lot of crowd-pleasing election rhetoric that sounds like "Make Turkiye Great Again" -- including indirect references to the Ottoman Empire.

However, the overall themes of emergence of a multipolar world and the end of American Century are unmistakable.

⚡Escalation on the border of Iran and Afghanistan - what is known at the end of the day?

After the morning clashes on the border between 🇮🇷 ran and Afghanistan, the situation has generally stabilized. The fact of the fighting was confirmed by representatives of both sides near the villages of Makaki and Sasuli.

As a result, the Iranian press service reported the death of two border guards and the injury of two more, and the 🇦🇫 Taliban confirmed the death of one person and the injury of several more. However, a photo appeared on the network from a hospital in Zaranj, where, according to local sources, the bodies of 11 people were delivered.

🔸According to the Iranians, at 10 a.m. in the morning, the 🇦🇫 Taliban began a massive shelling of the Iranian border checkpoint. As confirmation, footage was published where members of the Taliban stormed the stronghold of the 🇮🇷 Iranian Armed Forces using the Humvee armored combat vehicle with an M240 machine gun.
