Family / Re: How My Son Transformed From Left Hand To Ambidextrous by wunmi590(m): 7:52pm On Mar 05

I'm from a left hand family, I was using left, before it was corrected to right hand, but I still use it to count money..

My siblings are using left hand, so when I gave birth, I thought my first child would start using left, but she was using the right hand, so I didn't even bother or force her to use it...

So my second born that is 4month old, if he uses left, so be it and If he doesn't, they should be enjoying their lives...

You have spoken well, it can't work at all. Some people do collect salary, 1st or 2nd week of a new month

You are right, I've worked in a place before where the last month salary enters around 10th the next month, so paying monthly rent is a no no in Nigeria

Properties / Re: Lagos Vows To Enforce Monthly Rental Policy by wunmi590(m): 1:41pm On Mar 04

This can't happen, majority of the countries that are doing it, pays weekly, which makes it easy for them to pay rent monthly...

Beside Nigerian employers are not good at paying salaries as at when due, so somebody can't be waiting for salaries before he pay landlord, the person will be evicted in no time..

What they should be doing is making sure that house rent are cheaper and affordable

What has either Amuneke or Finidi won in their coaching career?

Aside the u17, tell me what has amuneke won as a coach

Is not as if either of dem plays attractive football

We have seen how finidi has fared with eyimba. Eyimba plays boring football with no philosophy

Super eagles job is not a test run for learners

Nah people like you dey look for fresh graduate with 10years experience and must be under 25years old...

Not all coaches won a trophy before they were given their first professional coaching opportunity...

All unah foreign coaches wey unah dey hire how many of them don win something before they employed them to come and be taking bogus money and doing nothing..

Please change your mentality..

Have a nice night

Either amunike or finidi is fine by me, let's do away with all these foreign coaches, who are only here to milk us dry, let's try our Nigerian legend who are willing to sacrifice and make a bold step to change the status quo...

Many African national teams are now looking inward, it takes a lot of dedication and sacrifice to deliver and they need to back them up and give them the time space to do it, for those who are truly willing...

They can even use part of the money they are meant to use to hire a foreign coach to train our Nigerian coaches in coaching schools so that we can have them in abundant...

Nigerian coach all the way

Ogun state only comes behind Lagos, Rivers and FCT in terms of IGR.

Mention any metric- Industries, GDP, Closeness to land and sea ports, border, schools, etc. the state is always among top 4.

Unfortunately, the clueless governor can't use any of these resources to better develop the state.

Just imagine someone like Sanwo-Olu, Wike or Alex Otti being the governor of Ogun state... Lagos sef go dey play catch up in no time.[/quote]

The state would have been top notch, I hope the people of Ogun state get it right next time

No impact in Yewa side, not in Ijebu. Alagboole-Akute side look like cities in a jungle.
The little road project that Amosun left uncompleted after steal!ng billions are still there rotting away.

He doesn’t feel Sango axis to Ifo alone can be made to look better because it generates more revenue than Abeokuta.

I expect him to have linked Ijoko to Mowe/ibafo with quality road for motorists coming from out Lagos who are going toward Sango, Idi-Iroko, Kola, Abule-Egba etc so that they don’t go toward Berger.
He can put tollgate there and generate some revenue for the state.

Abeg, that man nah original failure, I'm from Lagos but lived in Abeokuta, nothing is there..

I work in Lagos go to Abk every weekend...

Funny. grin All energy concentrated on Cargo airport in the midst of abject poverty. He could at least have improved the economy of the rural areas by supporting farming activities and providing the much needed infrastructure...good roads, schools, water and hospitals especially. The only Governor that came up with useless keke NAPEP ambulances for the ill equipped PHCs where they exist. sad

He seems to have woken up lately. He's planning to work on the FG abandoned Lagos-Abeokuta expressway (to be tolled) and I think he mentioned that he plans to take the Red Line deeper into Ogun State.

Abeg, let call a spade a spade, that man is a failure, imagine being close to Lagos that has enormous beautiful things doing, if Oyo State was beside Lagos, it would have been better than how it is today...

Dapo no follow for governor abeg, him and yaya bello same before he left office
