Commercial area or normal street?
Shops are more expensive in the metropolitan areas like Nassarawa, Fagge, Tarauni, kumbotso(naibawa) Dala than in other places.
Price may may vary from 100k to 200k for good shops in normal street but up to 2m in commercial Areas like Kori market, singa market or kofar wambai depending on the size of the shops

Normal street, preferably not too far from unity estate.
