hi,

in the last two weeks,no one on my LAN has been able to access hotmail website. logging in via telephone on either BB internet or the office wireless router on phones is achievable.what can be the likely cause and what is the way forward.

i use outlook 2003 with exchange 2003.recently, i observed that though we can send emails to all domains,we cannot receive from certain domains.

from mxtoolbox, i discovered that my smtp is not an open relay,reverse dns matches smtp banner but  it is blacklisted by lashabck and tiopan.could this be the cause of the challenge?will installing symantec email security 6.5 on my exchange server solve this problem?
