I don't like contributing cause I don't know zilch abt dis canada people,but I know dat if u go to any court,u can swear an affidavit which is wat we call declaration of age,on dat affidavit,her maiden name will definitely reflect.d issue of date is not a problem,birth certificates r lost all d time,(tho u can back date d declaration of age,but pls don't oooo).

earthgreeners: You might wanna include your Dad's death certificate (If he is deceased) that wld further show why ur sponsor had been taking care of u, and Maybe a letter of consent from ur MUM acknowledging your sponsor.

They both have the same weight under the law when it comes to authenticating documents,most times dey are given as options and u choose one,so I don't think that d fact dat a document was certified by a notary public can serve as d bases for not regognizing d facts sworn in d document,unless cdhc peeps r illetrates ooooO

Hia!bros na wa o,three of these people I dey talk actually live in yankee,am filling on d form dat dey live in Niga,abeg how dey wan get voters card,National I'd,certificate of origin,dem no even get Niga passports again...hmmm its impossible for me to get dis docs wey u mention,even me wey I dey Niga I no get dem sef...,as per the landed property,I dnt have houses anywhere,my parents do but none of dem is my sponsor,its my sister sponsoring me,make I add my papa nd mama landed property docs
