Update: I checked on my son this morning and noticed that the swollen testicle is gradually reducing in size. It is getting back to normal even though I didn't give him any treatment, but I'll definitely take him to the hospital this morning so that a doctor will look at him and give him medication. Thanks all the same.

It's a normal development in boys even upto their teenage years. Some parents may not even be this observant. Happened to my 10yr old back then but it's normalized now.
All the same,you can take your baby to a paediatrician.

Good day everyone. Doctors in the house please I need your help. We woke up this morning and noticed that the right testicle of my 3 years and 8 months old son is swollen. I mean it is bigger than the left side testicle.

Please house, what could be the possible cause and solution. He doesn't feel pain on it but I'm worried about it. Thanks in advance.
