gift07: i dint say they're solely recruiting from last year. i said there are some applicants from last year still in the recruitment process... there system is beyond my comprehension and i'm only sharing information i've bin provided with.. some people are fortunate to get an early completion than others...

sigh.....one does not simply understand the pattern of the whole process....

gift07: I did a bit of research n asked a couple of reliable people (current employees of Shell), It will surprise u all that dis "highly organised & structured" corporation is still interviewing applicants from last year. On average, their recruitment process takes 8- 24 months..... Hmmmmm

Aha ha naa but some people on this thread have been scheduled for interview already and they applied this year how do we reckon that with your report?
