I have attached some screenshots of the mail sent to me after my assessment. For the case study analysis. You'll be given a real problem facing a company with 3 possible solutions, their risk and the impact it will have on the company. You're expected to select one of the 3 solutions and give good reasons while you believe it's the best solution and give recommendations on how to mitigate the risks involved.


For the Competency test, you'll be asked different situations you might have faced at your previous jobs and how you handled the situation.
Example: "Was there ever a time a client was not satisfied the quality of service or product your company delivered and was furiously expressing her displeasure, how were you able to handle the situation"?, "Was there ever a time your colleague was going through a difficult time leading to underperformance on his/her part and also affecting the performance of the team, how were you able to improve the situation"? And so on like that.

I did my aptitude test on the 17th of November and was notified on the 23rd of November 2025 that i passed the assessment and have been shortlisted for the next stage which was a case study analysis. After that, On the 1st of December 2025, I did an online case study analysis and Competency based interview along with other candidates. Since then i haven't heard from them.

I am one of the applicants, and I did my aptitude test earlier this month on 10th November 2025.

Though the mail sent for the exam stated that " You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your assessment".

It's been two weeks already, and there's been no communication yet. I hope everything is fine, because I really tried my best for that test.

If you're also an applicant or you have any information on the exercise, kindly jump on this thread, let's rub minds.
