I am married and we are planning to move to canada through school and I the woman is the main applicant. My uncle wch is my mothers younger brother wish you sponsor me and he is ready to deposit my first tuition in my account only. If I use him as my sponsor, will it work since I am married and he is standing for both of us?

In a situation where D main applicant which is me, d woman have an investment finance (fixed deposit) in her name and the investment is still running and my husband is my dependent, will it work if we use that as our POF for my study since I didn’t liquidate it before applying for visa? And I do not have strong home ties since my husband is going with me, what is ur advice on what I should do?
Can my sponsor state that he is supporting I and my husband? Is it possible?
