its so difficult getting a commercial plot in GRA now, i have so many properties but all the residential, the only one i have which is in COMMERCIAL area is in JOEL OGUNAIKE on a corner piece, fenced with gate C of o., but not up to an acre, just about 3000sq meter,thats like 4plots. if your client wld not mind, though sweet sensation is on it, its first pay first serve,its going for N550m , its a wonderful place.,you need to see it.

Thanks for ur observation and the brilliant advice,nailand should put an end to this immediately,we dont even know who is real or not again.abeg make them no turn this place to yahoo yahoo for us oo cus we hear complains of what some of this agents do,just yesterday i was told by my washman that an agent collected N1.4m for a Two bedroom somewqhere in Yaba,and gave the owner of the house(landlord) N600,00.the landlord doesnt stay in the area,he eventually got to know after about a year after, the cash was collected from an american guy who just arrived into Niger and was desperate to get an accomodation, imagine paying that huge amt for a two bed.our landlord are not at fault anyway,i think its the agents that encourages them how the prices and this is bcoming so terrible day by day,am an agent but i hate to hear ridiculous amounts, something should be done asap to discourage ridiculous amounts,our Govt r not really matters as well,may God help us in Nigeria
