I have a buyer for AGO TTO: he buys and resell's to his international clients. He needs as much as 150,000mt every two weeks. Here are his procedures

PROCEDURES:
1. Seller issues SPA, & Buyer Sign SPA with full Banking Details & lodge with their respective Banks.
2. Buyer returns SPA with ATB Format, Supercargo, Inspector Details & Passport Copies.
3. Seller issues Corporate ATB & NAVAL Clearance to Buyer Inspectors and Supercargo to board the Loaded Vessel on Sellers expense within Nigeria Waters.
4. Buyer sends Scanned Corporate check to seller
5. Buyer’s Supercargo & Inspectors board for Physical Confirmation and irrevocable SBLC/BG is placed for the total cargo. Sample taken for Q&Q. Q&Q result copied to Buyer/Seller & Supercargo remaining on board.
6. Product should be on Lagos waters.
7. Prices we can deal on are 119 - 3, 118 - 2.
8. Buyer's side of the SPA should be totally open.

Please Only People sure of their product should get in touch with. And the SPA, should not passed down from series of facilitators.
