But now that you’ve been refunded and you willingly accepted the refund, your tenancy agreement has ended as long as they gave you ample time to search for another accommodation after your refund (they can’t refund you today and ask you to pack out tomorrow)

So they refunded you and gave you 3 months to move out and you are now complaining. You can’t eat your cake and still keep it


You shouldn’t have agreed to the refund, you should have waited till your rent expires before you agree to move out because that is the official time your tenancy agreement ceases, but by willingly collecting a refund, you shot yourself in the foot

Frankly speaking, that landlord is a good man.

Everybody is just silent about it now until the ugly situation gets out of hand. I don't just how some of us find ourselves in this country in the first place. Some people don't just values human lives at all.

The agenda was to dismantle all "structures" and appointees not from Wike. And install
Wike's loyalists. Which is part of Wike's agitation or grievance, among other "personal agreements" that Fubara wasn't keeping.

It became very easy for President Tinubu to accept without regard to the constitution of Nigeria. Because getting back Wike with the state "structure " is for Tinubu's benefit for ease of rigging the 2027 election.

One thing is very important: Tinubu will be remembered for one thing: increased frustration, suffering, and unlawful suspension of an elected Governor through his syndicates at the Senate and HoR. Ofcourse, Sen Akpabio will not be forgotten in the history of Nigeria politics.

I get cold anytime I hear that name Akpabio. I don't just know how God created some human beings.
