Pls what are the necessary easy steps for a LTD registration. I knw business name cost 500 for search and 10k for registration. How much does a LTD cost? And who prepares the memorandum and articles of association, is there a template at the site for it?

Awaiting your response on the step to step process to avoid any query. (I have registered a business name myself previously but I want to do a LTD for the first time)

Good afternoon Gazzuzz, please I need your advise.

I use a RX300. the AC has been functioning well when I got if, recently it stopped cooling, I refilled and after some weeks it stopped. Technician checked it and asked me to change the condenser which i did. Then refilled again, it stopped again. He checked again for leakages and found none. Then refilled again, same thing occurred. I took it to another technician who advised I change d freezer. Prolly the condenser wasn't the issue initially.

Now i am supposed to change the freezer according to them, mine is expired. I would like to know the cost of a freezer as they keep telling me its about 20k. Recall I Jst changed the condenser for about that same amount. Kindly advise me please because I have not been using the AC for a while and the weather is so hot.

I have a feeling these technicians are trying to overcharge me.

International recruitment for graduate positions takes typically a year and I'm talking out of experience, not what I heard!!!! I've had aptitude tests done online sef from the comfort of my room for international companies such as Rolls Royce(not the cars but the section that manufactures engines for the Airbus A380), Mott MacDonald (not McDonalds burger people o, lol), Siemens, etc.

I know most of y'all will say why didn't I get it, it's simple, they'll choose a British first and then European citizens before we are considered. That said, I got to the assessment centre of each of these companies and had to wait longer to get my rejection letter.

So that's the lie you keep telling yourself why you didn't get the offers?
