I believe when u collaborate with a fuel station,I mean running the mini plant in a fuel station,will u use the stations dpr and other licenses or will u have to process a separate license for the business?

Do you have any idea of the cost to Filling Station owner for getting the Ad-on licence and what is the likelihood of regulatory agency coming after the real owner of the LPG plant or will it mean that the LPG plant owner has to operate under the filling station name instead of his own company name.
