Please how Possible it is to register a jamb candidate online, after paying a non refundable fees of N10,000 for cyber cafe registration which is approved, and installation of all the needed applications were successful. Moreover My Internet Connection is High Speed (KA-Band VSAT) internet.

With all of the above I cant register even a single candidate using offline Biometric Data capture application, the problem of the application is, after completing all the inputs and saving successfully, the transfer is failing cos i cant find it inside success transfer log.

While attempting to register candidate using online website it was only during early morning hours that I was able to register only two candidates even though my Network connection is high speed cos i can even download movies with my network, it is only this Jamb registration that is giving me headache for the past one month. if it is during day hours the website is always telling me "sending request" which will last for more than two hours, after which the request will time out.

It was after many consultations with experts in order to resolve the problems but to no avail, that i find it necessary to contact Pals on Nairaland forum so that you can help me figure out the solution to my problem because i dont want to loose the money I invested for doing this exercise.
