donnie: Very good question. First remember that there was no bible in the days of the apostles and prophets. They had the law (Torah) and the writings of the Prophets. The Bnai Ephraim for example have kept ancient portions of the Torah in their sanctuaries. Most of them concentrated around various communities in Ondo state. Other Yorubas may call them Emo Yo Quaim – the “Strange People” as like in most ethnic groups, the practice of Judaism is among a very small minority.
In Enugwu Aguleri, a community in Anambra state (Nigeria) is an ancient dynasty that holds the Ovo Eri and as well occupies the throne of Eri at Obu-Gad. Eri is the son or Gad who is one of the sons of Jacob/Isaĕle.
Ancient Hebrew used to write the scriptures is in the Bantu languages. Our Bantu names are in the Bible. In many cases, they were changed and made to sound European or Greek.
Also, remember that in Ancient times and even today, when one nation conquers another it takes spoils. It destroys artifacts, historical sites, sacred shrines and alters etc. It destroys everything that could ever make the people recover themselves, rise again or to ever become a threat.
"African history" is replete with many of such examples... 1. Jerusalem which historically was destroyed in 70AD is not in the so-called Middle-East but below the Sahara. The region of the Kalahari to be precise. Jerusalem was destroyed, the temple was destroyed, ancient sites, ancient scrolls (scriptures) and artifacts looted. Many of these items are today in the Vatican secret archives. However, as YAH will have it, before this destruction, King Solomon had authorized his son Mennelik (which he had with the queen of Sheba) to go to Ethiopia with a company of priests and they took along with them the ark of covenant. The ark of covenant and ancient scrolls are currently hidden in Mt. Kenya (the biblical Mt. Zion) and under the care of a group of Bantu/ Israelite seers of the Gikuyu tribe. 2. The story of Great Zimbabwe with it's magnificent walls is yet another example of stolen history. Today there are those caucasians who struggle to attribute such great achitecture dating to thousands of years to external influences besides the Bantus. A wall art depicting a bearded man who obvious looked like an Israelite was referred to as phonecian. 3. Portugese influence caused the collapse of the ancient Bantu Kingdom of CONGO. Congo, one of the the richest places in the world experienced the greatest genocide in the world with over 15million killed and the land hasn't recovered ever since. Crises usually is usually the preferred environment for massive looting. 4. Great Benin Kingdom was destroyed by the British. The City has the greatest walls ever in history, longer than the great wall of China. The looting that occured was massive and artifacts can be found in museums all over the world. It is said, that when the Europeans arrived great Benin, they could not believe their eyes or imagine that such could be built by black people. 5. Do you remember that Igbo land resisted British control until their temple in Arochukwu was destroyed?
Even in my own village, the elders continue to lament about the many artifacts the colonialists and missionaries stole. I recently visited my grand aunt who is about the oldest nun in my state. She showed me some amazing ancient artifacts of our community and I was shocked because you can't find such anywhere else.
I took my time to list these various conquests of Edom in the real Holy land, and you can see that there is a pattern. Nothing is left after they are done with you. The purpose is to enslave you completely. So they take away your language, your customs, your history and even change your names after baptism. And everyone wanted to get baptized and have an English name because they would be better placed in the church, and even in the community. Such a one will most likely have the opportunity of his/her child entering the white man's school and so on. Then if you could speak queen's English, you were king and would represent the community in serious matters. It is usually a total conquest and slavery.
I told you the scriptures and the Bible were in Ethiopia before they got to Europe. The region of Ethiopia/Nubia/Yemen is the true ancient Babylon and our people the Bantus of the southern Kingdom of Judah were in captivity there. Also after the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem (southern Africa) the Isrealites (Bantus) fled to the region of Ethiopia/the Nile as well as the Sahel, stretching all the way to Mali in the West. So it's no surprise to find Bantu culture and history imbibed in Babylonian religions like Christianity, Islam etc. The Arabs who by the way were black also studied Bantu culture and spirituality and included many aspects in their Koran.
In those days, custody, translation and even distribution of the scriptures were controlled by powerful individuals, nations and governments. Those who controlled history and the scriptures ruled the world. Rome refusing to be subject to Ethiopia set up their own church and priesthood, compiled their own bible etc. England refusing continued submission to Rome set up their own church, their own bible (KJV) etc.
So it's all about power and control which the Bantus didn't have. They were and still are a people who had broken the laws of their ELOHIYM and therefore are suffering from one captivity to another. The captivity of the children of Jacob continued with the Arab slave trade, transatlantic slave trade, colonialism and even to this day.
Many of the so-called discoveries in the 1948 Israel are stolen items from the Bantus. Others are fake artifacts and sites. Eg. The so-called wailing wall is a fraud. The dead sea scroll discoveries are a fraud. Those items were stolen from Africa. Ever wondered why Apatheid began in 1948, the same year the fake state of Israel was created? The restricted/out of bounds areas allowed them the opportunity to loot and ship some of these artifacts which they pretend to be discovering in recent times. Greetings, I have a website called https://www.yahudahfirst.com/ . I designed it myself. It contains unique artwork and also information about each tribe and our people.
