After I got a job and moved to lekki, I realized that homosexuality is more common in Lagos than we are made to believe. I made a lot of friends and the gist I hear is crazy, and it's not just gist sef, I'm talking from personal experience.

First of all, asides yahoo and drug pushing, the most common work for young men on the Island is gay hookup. You have no idea how many popular male celebrities, content creators, politicians and even so called pastors are into this. I don't want to name names.

I'm currently looking for husband and before I do anything with any guy, I must do background check oh. It's actually disappointing to be honest, a country that claims to be religious and righteous are still the ones that partake most in the "sin" that they publicly denounce. To find a straight man on the Island is hard I swear. Most of them just dey disguise.

Omoh I get gist choke. You all are missing. If I tell you secrets about some people una go shock!

Topic: Hard Truths About Sexual Pleasures (4)

I Corinthians 7:1-2 -

[1] Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. [2] Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

*THE PURE WORD*

Virginity is a great divine virtue, and people who are able to keep themselves from being defiled by sexual immorality, just to honour the LORD with their bodies, have a special place in His heart. True virginity denotes keeping away from all forms of wrong sources of acquiring sexual pleasure, including via masturbation, pornography, premarital sex, etc.

However, even God's word admits that marriage is cardinal in living above sexual immorality, and constant enjoyment of sexual pleasures in marriage is a strong source of strength for holy living. So, the Bible encourages people to get married and share sexual pleasures with their spouse. Whilst the blessings of the marriage union soars above physical pleasures, God still endorses sexual fulfilment between a married husband and his wife.

Checking this Scripture (1 Corinthians 7:2), it is safe to say God isn't a fan of a sexless marriage (a marriage where sexual pleasure is not given a priority), or a marriage where one of the couples is not being satisfied sexually, particularly when the situation starts making them vulnerable to fall into sexual sins - like heavily tempted to commit adultery, masturbation, pornography, etc.

While marriage is not all about sex, even God's word admits that sex must be a big part of the marriage union, and satisfaction must always be achieved so that couples remain sexually pure while happily married.

Marriage is not a less holy state than celibacy. A spiritual husband/wife who always enjoy sexual pleasures with their spouse, is not less spiritual than one who is celibate, but is however a wise spiritual man/woman.
