Some us us are partly to blame...I think glo detected the wisdom behind what some guys do;subscribing multiple times,to get large amount of GB,with a validity of precisely 30days....(I.e subscribing 200x10....)Imagine how cool that is,with 2k.Remember Glo once had a sub of 12.50gb,at 2k5,with a validity period of 1month,remember?now d 12.5GB has been reduced to 7.sth with that 2k.5.Now,do the math(with 200x10)....with every 200naira,carrying 3days validity each with them.
I'm sure glo detected that.
