And we still have Army,Navy,Airforce,Police,NSCDC,Immigration,Custom,DSS and Forest Guard which they all have GUNs. My question is where are they if all those bandit,militant,kidnappers,fulani hardsmen,boko haram,lakurawa and ISWAP (TERRORIST) and still moving freely with guns? Please why do we have aircraft and the intelligence department if over 100 people are kidnap and cannot be seeing were they are? Sometimes I wonder when I hear Siren blowing from a convoy pursuing people from the Road. But you can always see checkpoint of Army,police,roadsafety,VIO,custom and immigration doing there daily activity, maybe they are not aware of the TERRORIST or what is happening in the country. |

Investigation has to start with their office or working place, there must be an insider or informan within there side. but is unfortunate Directors from Defence would be kidnap (then what is the job description of Defence), that is a very bad signal.
