The device must be plugged in to a wall socket directly.
They battery should be inserted.

Punch in the recharge pin.
It would connect but might take time to synchronize.

it's link error, the synchronization comes first to link back the box to the meter b4 he will be able to recharge

first you need to make sure there's electricity in your area. Plug the box directly to a wall socket preferably your fridge socket. Now insert a new Duracell ba3 the original one.

You need to put in a sync code since it's link error for the meter to connect with the box, now this codes varies depending on meter type. (some meter like 042 i think dey use the meter number as it's sync code) try to reach out to EKEDP customer service if you are in the area they covered they will help you out promptly. Or post your meter number i can help you get the code from someone but might just take time.
