I have been following this thread silently and I didn't want to say anything at first but it seems this issue is still lingering.
From the chats and conversation from the both parties, I think what happened was that the woman bought the phone from him and when she discovered that it didn't serve her purpose she complained to the man and he changed it. Then after some time she came again with another complain and this time around she make the selection herself as she told the man she's tech savvy and can make the selection herself and this is where she shot herself in the leg. Then afterwards she said the phone couldn't do YouTube and the man should give hera higher version phone and she will top the money for him. I don't think the man has the higher version and obviously, admitting that he doesn't have a higher version would mean the woman requesting for refund. And then the man will lose home and abroad.
Now, if the woman had gone to computer village to buy that phone and changed it the first time and comes back the second time, they wouldn't listen to her and if she asks for a higher version, they may hold her money and tell her that they will inform her to come collect whenever they have it. It could take months and she might eventually have to go with the one she picked herself.
The man would have used this strategy instead and the issue would have been resolved since.
Please you guys should count it all as an experience, both the seller and buyer. And to those who has tagged the man as scammer should please bring down your post.

Now someone that understands what actually transpired between the two parties. For you to say you want to deal physically and you inspect the items and even send pictures of it to your husband, you made payment and part ways with seller. Then trust me you have made your choice.

Let me make you understand something, my friend. When there's a dispute or wrong done to someone, the best method to resolve the dispute or wrong is to first identify it. Second is to let the perpetrator know, and then make moves to resolve the issue.

Let's be clear, the fault is from FutureFocus. He didn't deliver what his customer asked for. Many people go through things like this in real life where what they get is different from what they ask for or that they believed they got. It can be termed a misunderstanding and resolved quickly to the advantage of the customer if the seller puts a high premium on such a business. But we've had cases where customers were conned into paying more for a product because the seller (sometimes consciously) supplies what the customer didn't want or ask for.

Seller was being inconsistent and evasive, only a dishonest person does that. I have my verdict, you have yours.

I have bought something from seller before now (headset) I can tell the type of person seller is (more reason i'm convinced he can't do a refund). Then from the buyer part there is also something that if you follow this story and you are not Bias you will know that she made a wrong choice and it's on her.
