This is Makinde faction jumping out to release a statement. In other words, they thanked INEC for convening the meeting but asking INEC to sit this one out, insisting they're going to wait for court judgement.
It's now clear which faction doesn't want reconciliation and peace. And when the court delivers her judgement, we do not want to hear lamentation or any wailers blaming the court and INEC. INEC has done the needful but Mankinde & Bala are refusing reconciliation.

Which part of the speech said any faction opt out of the peace talk or reconciliation? Anyway since it's an open secret that the guy sent to destroy PDP from within already has the Judiciary in his pocket, we won't be surprised if the judgement go as you expect. But PDP is not the only opposition.
