Health › Miracle Power Of Moringa Tea For Weight Loss, Skin Beauty & Anti Inflamatory by Yelutide(op): 8:12am On Sep 17, 2017 |
Moringa oleifera is one of the most rich sources of nutrients and vitamins that our body needs. It is rich in calcium, potassium, beta-carotene, Vitamin C, and iron. Moringa can be prepared as a vegetable or included in soups, but mostly just the leaves and fruits are used. Others prefer to drink it as tea. Moringa increases energy naturally, helps manage weight, detoxifies body, and nourishes your body’s immune system.
Health Benefits of Moringa Leave ==>Increases the Natural Defenses of the body ==> Provides nourishment to the eyes and the brain. ==>Promotes the Cell structure of the body ==> Promotes natural Serum cholesterol. ==>Lowers the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. ==>Promotes the normal functioning of the liver and the kidney. ==> Beautifies the skin ==> Gives you unusual energy ==>Helps in proper digestion ==>Takes care of the immune system of the body ==>Promotes healthy circulatory system ==>It is an anti-inflammatory ==>Gives a feeling of general wellness ==> Supports the normal sugar levels of the body. With Moringa leave, you don’t need a Doctor… How to Prepare Moringa Tea & PowderTo make Moringa tea you should harvest fresh leaves from your tree and dry them at room temperature. Place the leaves in a brown paper bag with some holes in it and hang the bag in a cool area of your home. In about 10-14 days your leaves should be dry enough to use. To make the tea, shred or pulverize the leaves. Every cup of tea you drink will provide you with vital nutrients. Moringa tea is well respected and thought to be an excellent defense against damaging free radical damage to your cells. Moringa Tea Step 1 - Get Moringa LeavesGather Moringa leaves, 3 to 4 stalks will do. It is best to use the mature leaves because they dry up fast. Moringa Tea Step 2 - Air DryingAir dry the leaves including the stalks for a day or until the leaves are crisp. Air drying will make the leaves fall out and then you can separate the stalks after. But some people include the stalk in making tea because of its fiber content. Moringa Tea Step 3 - GrindingGrind the air-dried leaves (with the stalks if you prefer) for 10-15 seconds. You can use a blender to grind the leaves. Moringa Tea Step 4 - StoragePut the ground Moringa in tea bags, and store in a cool, dry place. Make sure not to leave it in open moist places, so it will have a long shelf-life. Moringa Tea Step 5 - Preparing the TeaTo prepare Moringa tea, just add hot water, lemon and sugar to taste. Moringa Tea Recipe
You can use your electric coffee maker to make Moringa leaf tea. Here is how to do it. Add the same amount of Moringa leaf to your filter as you would for each cup of coffee you plan to brew. For a single cup use between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. Iced Moringa Leaf Tea RecipeAdd 1- 1/12 teaspoon of Moringa leaf to 16 ounces of water. Mix with a little honey and fresh ginger and orange Juice to taste. Blend in your blender or shake vigorously for one minute, add ice and refrigerate for 8 hours. victorisreal02: You are talking about adsense here, big blogs in Africa make so much without adsense check for yourself man, you bloggers depend on adsense as the only way to make money while blogging, and that's where you fail, work on the quality of your blog, promote it, gain traffic and willing advertisers will rush your website to buy adspace and also carry out sponsored post on your blog, that's the way to make money as a blogger, if not you've failed. What's 6 dollar per day when advertisers pay 50,000 naira per post publication, ober 1million naira per adspace for a month, which they renew regularly

obayaya: I repeat, the wife doesn't hate the family.
I read the scenario the OP painted in the later post. From what he wrote, all I can adduce from that is the wife has some sort of inferiority complex.
She feels the OP is a lot closer to the sisters than herself. And it's a completely normal scenario you see everyday amongst women.
You guys are trying to blow it out of proportion. This is something a simple discourse will handle.
The Wife loves OP right? Is it possible for one to love someone and hate the person's family? I think not. Shut up and thing with your brain. Is that the characteristics of inferiority complex? Go back to school and learn what inferiority complex mean. Call off the wedding or regret it. She is a green snake, under the green grass and eating the green grass. |
Family › Re: My New Wife Hates My Family Without Provocation by Yelutide: 7:25am On Sep 14, 2017 |
Evacroft: This is a clear perspective, ur wife is hating on ur family without no reason, sit her down and have a heart to heart talk with her,let her know all ur worries about d way she is reciprocating the love been shown to her by ur family and pls be firm and no offensive or defensive tactics, pls dont give into any emotional blackmail by her unless ur sis are truly not what they seem. Let her not bring negativity it will backfire on her cos she already has a mindset. But most importantly settle it and remember u are already married. Seat who down? Don't you know that ladies can pretend and suddenly turn in good attitude. After marriage, they change to the worst. She doesn't need any seating down. Call off the wedding! This is the red flag otherwise you'll regret ever getting married to her. |
Crime › Re: 23-Year-Old Maid Attacks Her Madam With Bottle After Stealing Umbilical Cord by Yelutide: 6:26pm On Sep 10, 2017 |
Emperoo: According to a facebook user, Nneka Obani, who shared the shocking story on her timeline.
She claimed that her 23 year old maid tried to kill her and her children after she found out she was stealing from her.
Read her story below
"People are always quick to talk about wicked madams but they totally ignore the fact that there are many maids from hell.
One month ago I contacted an agency that gives out maid to give me a maid and this 23yrs old girl was brought to my house.
Three days ago, I was going overhauling the guest room when I got the shock of my life, this girl has been systematically stealing from me. I saw alot stuffs she took which includes; My clothes(she amended the waist of my jeans and cut the length, then she amended the tops) My children's clothes Pampers My children's drinks My make ups My creams Eggs Spices My children's umbilical cord Some bottles of wine etc
I was in shock and I confronted her, she started pleading that it was the devil but I was no longer comfortable because this was the girl I entrusted the care of my children to when I wasn't around. So I called the agent that brought and told him to come. He couldn't make it that day so he came around 7pm last night, we talked and he was also in shock, he pleaded with me to manage with her for two to three days that he would get me another maid, I agreed and he left. I locked my door and came inside that was when this maid started to rain abuses on me, that why did I contact her agency even after she said she was sorry, I told her from her tone right now she didn't sound so sorry. She was ranting and cursing so I told her to leave my house she said she wasn't going anywhere instead she was running round the house looking for what to pick up. I told her get out or I throw you out she started to threaten me, she said touch me first and see what will happen to you.
So I brought out her bags to the corridors that was when she rushed and attacked me, I locked my children inside and I was in a scuffle with her outside, next thing I knew she rushed to the back and brought out a star bottle and broke it then she rushed at me. Let's just say you don't dare break a bottle for a warri born and brought up, I gave her the beating of her life then handed her over to the vigilante. Apart from a little injury I got from the bottle she broke I am fine but just tired. I'm still in shock."

Phones › Re: Airtel Is Giving Unlimited Calls & 28GB Data In India For An Equivalent Of ₦1950 by Yelutide: 8:52pm On Sep 05, 2017 |
tunisbaba: Yes, Airtel has given us unlimited data plans in Nigeria, and we are 'supposed to be happy'. However, what the India-owned telecom company is giving in its native country is out-of-this-world. The firm has just introduced a package called Airtel Rs.349 pack, which gives unlimited calls and 28GB data bundle for Rs.349.
Even though the Naira is currently weak and helpless, when you convert that amount to Naira, it approximates to ₦1950 only. Yes, ₦1950 only!
Airtel, fully called Bharti Airtel in India, didn't just take a dive down to introduce such an unbelievable offer; it was due to a strong competition from a new comer, Reliance Jio. Less than a year that the company started off in India, it has accumulated over 125 million subscribers -- thanks to its very, very cheap data bundle and call offers.
Since its inception, Jio offers, among other plans, a Rs.349 plan, which gives unlimited calls to all networks (in India), 20GB of data, and unlimited free SMSes. And the plan is valid for 56 days.
As a result of the mouth-watering offers from the new comer, a lot of Indians started switching to Jio. But to mitigate against losing their subscribers, Airtel and other telecoms (like Vodafone) in India introduced offers that will compete with those of Jio's. And so Vodafone first introduced a Rs.392 pack and now Airtel has introduced a Rs.349 pack, a package that costs the same as that of Jio's.
The Vodafone's Rs.392 pack (an equivalent of ₦2200) gives unlimited calls and 28GB data bundle; the Airtel Rs.349 pack gives unlimited calls to all networks and 28GB data bundle.
The Airtel Rs.349 pack didn't come without terms and conditions, though. The plan allows subscribers to use a maximum of 1GB data in a day, and of 250 minutes call in a day, and it's only valid for 28 days. When the limit is exceeded, subscribers will need to pay 10 paise per minute for calls to Airtel numbers, and 30 paise per minute for calls to other networks.
https://www.techrabytes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Airtel_Rs_349_Plan.png Full Airtel Packs in India
What can be deduced from this reduction in the cost of Airtel packs is that competition is good, for the subscribers. It makes things cheaper.
But the question now is, why is NCC trying to increase the cost of data plans and tariff plans in Nigeria? And why do telecom operators always wait for a fierce competitor to reduce price drastically before others join in the reduction?
Source: https://www.techrabytes.com/airtel-is-giving-unlimited-to-indians/ OP: Why don't you go to india if you think data is that cheap. |

Phones › Re: My Bitter Experience With Airtel Unlimited 20 Data Plan... How Airtel Blocked Me by Yelutide: 10:08pm On Aug 25, 2017 |
nairalandfreak: When Airtel rolled out its unlimited plan in July I was one of the numerous Nigerians who believed that it was going to be a huge relief to my data challenges. A week before I needed the plan I Int to deposit N10,000 at the Ilorin Airtel Shop I'd like to state clearly that I am subscribed to Airtel Unlimited 20which I bought, precisely on Friday 28th of July. I was given a MIFI a SIM with phone no 08084517720 alongside the data plan. Since I purchased the device I have not been able to use the product and I have had to subscribe to an alternative network as a back up for Airtel's bad service... this has caused me a lot of money has I have not enjoyed Airtel service for once in the last 27 days.
I have been to Airtel Ilorin contact centre over 5 times complaining about the issue without it being resolved. ( I'd like to state clearly without mincing words that you Shop Manager in Ilorin is TERRIBLE, without no iota of concern for customers) I have call records to prove this.
There was a day I was in Airtel Ilorin contact centre two weeks ago for 3 hours this same man refuse to communicate with me.
Eventually on Friday 4th of August an Airtel engineer was assigned to visit our office he came and attested to the fact that the network was not good despite the fact that an Airtel mast was opposite our office and there was no obstruction. I was assured that the issue would be resolved over that weekend.
But when I came to office on the monday following (7th August) I was shocked to observe that the network was still terrible.
I called the Ilorin contact centre shop manager to tell them the network is still bad almost two weeks after purchasing Airtel Unlimited 20. When I called the manager I asked him if the engineers came to fix the issue as promised and all he said was "are you the only one experiencing the issue? and I replied his with "how am I supposed to know? He said go and ask people around you if they are experiencing the issue and he ended the call abructly!
I initially refrained from going public but when I contacted airtel via their inbox I was reassured that the issue would be resolved... I like to state that it is a very long story but I dont want to bore you with it...
The important thing is Airtel kept promising me with diplomatic words that the issue would be resolved but precisely on August 16 while I was trying to make a follow up inquiry on Airtel Facebook I discovered that I had been blocked on Airtel facebook page.. I need to state clearly that I was neither rude nor insultive but Airtel decided to block me because they couldn't profer a solution to my complaint...
I called Airtel again and reported the whole issue and all they could do was reply me with the usual all inconviniecies are regretted.... bla bla bla It is exactly 27 days today that I subscribed to Airtel unlimited 20 and it is expiring in 3 days time...the data plan was a waste and for complaining to Airtel.. I got blocked.
It is only in Nigeria customers are offered poor service delivery and get blocked for trying to air their view so bad! Hello OP, so sorry about what you are passing through with that Airtel Network. But I kind of blame you for not first confirming if Airtel Network is strong in your location or not. The problem is not with the Unlimited 20 but with the abysmal network strength in your location. This is my second month with the unlimited 10 and the network is superb in my area here in PH city. But I also blame Airtel for blocking you on the FB page. It is very wrong of them to do that. Next time, confirm your preferred network strength before you subscribe. |

turn2honey: Earlier this month, I purchased an iPhone 7 from Jumia which was absolutely below my expectations in performance. During the 7 days that the phone got delivered to me, I realized the phone was hanging and I recorded two instances of when the phone hangs and sent the video to Jumia and they retrieved the phone. Here is one of the instances where the phone hangs: https:///p0cWKevnzw
After retrieving the phone, they told me the phone was checked by their support team who only used the phone for 24 hours, and probably only glanced through and nothing happened. Whenever I ask them what happens to my evidences as they could see in the video that the phone hangs, they IGNORE! Which means this whole thing is intentional and they are forcing the malfunctioning phone on me simply because they claim they won't be able to re-sell the Phone.
This phone was below my expectation at first, and now the performance is awful too, am I suppose to waste 260, 000 naira? And now they are not replying me anymore both on twitter and via live chat, especially when I mention the video proof.
OP, I understand your plea... What did you install that made to phone to be hanging? Jumia is right if they say they won't be able to resell it again because iPhone normally come sealed and once you set up your account with icloud and the rest, it will make it difficult to even give someone else to use.
The question is, did they return the iphone back to you or what? If you answer is yes, have you tried it? I ask because I once bought iPhone 7 on Jumia, returned it after 3 days and after 3 weeks, my money was returned back to me. But with different problem. Mine was that It didnt' accept our local sim
Nigerians please help! Until I get heard and refunded! |
