You are playing with the Lion's tail. You had better make another booking before its too late, Infact you need to be extra prayerful cos the ECO might use the confirmation number u submitted with ur application and if it shows DECLINED, then u know what that means.

Thanks ooo, seeing the word lions tail alone made me rush to update my card... grin

They will block that amount on your credit card but won't charge you per se although you might get a report that such an amount was charged. It's when you want to pay that you will see it actually show up on your credit card statement.

Thanks bro

@ frontpagelawyer, justwise and all, pls on d application form where questions was asked "if u have family and relatives,..i said Yes but I don't have their addresses and they do call once in a while with call card. So I only click yes and typed in their names and status, without putting their addresses or call number and I won't be staying with any of them either.(we are not that close)
My issue now is that d third reason for refusing my previous application was becos I did not provide any documentary evidence of the relative. I won't be staying with.(I tire ooo)
Please house how do I correct or put my statement to the ECO about this point in my new application becos I can't be providing what I don't have and I already had an hotel reserved for myself with no intention of visiting any fam.

So it took the good Samaritan 2 months plus to return her passport? Why did she not get a TC from Nigerian embassy in London to travel back? She will only be digging herself into more problem with these web of lies.

@ justwise,to me the story is useless becos she already backdated a 3mnth stay to 1mnth...that was a misrepresentation and that is an automatic Ban.....even if d refusal letter is asking her to explain why/how she supported her self.....*all that"" is for U to pay another fee to get 320b or what do they call it.....
Anyway she can apply and get d ban on time "it will attract only a year " becos her stay was 3mnth. Except that her circumstances change to spouse visa Or she should forget about UK for now....

That amount is rather too much.

I'll advise you contact a tax consultant. In the meantime let me work out the mathematics through a consultant and get back to you.

What else do you want to hear? ECOs reach their decisions on so many factors . Read thoroughly where we advised someone with similar situation three weeks ago (old and new companies) he got the visa this week.

Pls...@frontpage is it ok to pay 150k as direct assessment for someone who earn up to 170k as monthly income, the 150k will be for 3yrs according to lirs law....from
2013,14& 15.thanks

Ok bro, I spent btw100k-150k to register d new business cant really remember, I had like 4m plus in my acct, and I applied with my family of 4 including my wife and 2 kids. submitted only personal acct, but also submitted a fixed deposit statement for d company. I also included deed of assignments from landed properties(photocopies only). and a company letterhead detailing your full itinerary is very important cos I noticed it was the only document not returned. Also total budget for 2weeks visit is 8k pounds.....2.5k for tickets, 2.5k for vacation home/hotel for 2 weeks and 3k for shopping and miscellaneous. Also my kids birth certs and our wedding cert. then my wifes business cert ONLY..lol...so notice that I submitted ONLY 1 statement of acct which was my personal and not my company acct.....BUT I think my own case was easier cos I have gone to uk without issues twice and I also have a valid yankee visa(all of us) expiring august 2016. So maybe that's why it was faster and easier... grin grin grin

Wish you all goodluck!

@ iluweed I am also told to pay 150k for my tax at lirs....with d income of 170k monthly....Pls what is ur monthly income to have pay 100-150k as tax....thanks and God bless

Good thing you know why you were refused. Separate your Business account from your salary account, avoid money lodgements in its entirety, keep contract documents, receipts, invoices, pay tax and vat.

My advise is to grow your business and pay your monthly salary of N140k from your business account at the end of every month for at least 6 months as a requirement to meet up with the UKBA standard for statement of account.

Thanks bro...
But won't my acct work for me If I pay just 2month salary from buz acct + all regular and stable income from past 10month after all I am still d same person running d acct.nothing changes except that I am just registered propeitor.continuing with my same monthly pay
I also went to LIRS and I was told my tax payment will be from. 3yrs back and I will be placed on DIRECT ASSESMENT AND I will be paying 100k
Though I have only been paying 5k tax years back as it is d one recommended for pple with shop and now that I am a registered coy

..I want to kno if the 100k is d right tax to show that I am legitimately generating a turnover that provide me with my stated income...
Pls put me tru...I don't want to make any mistake as I am not really satisfy with d LIRS officer too...I need more light on what tax to pay or how to go about it...thank.

Hello to d gurus...@ worry,@ lawyer,Justwise,O green...
I need ur help in making my second application in order not to fail.
I applied in Feb this year and was refused ,the ECO stated that:::
(1)I have not provided evidence that I am in receipt of my stated income(150k),that my personal bank statement mainly shows deposits, which are sometimes in excess of my stated income,&.that I have not submitted sufficient documents evidence of my reported earnings....
(2):stated that I failed to evidence that my business is legitimately generating a turn over that would credibly provide me with the stated income furthermore that d fund held in my account are also required as operating Capital which further limits proposed expenditure without damaging my business.

i am a trader in aluminium products with a monthly take home from 140 to 150k or more depend on sales as monthly income.but I use d same account for all my transaction though I pay in 150k as income monthly along side with other transactions & as at then I have 450k as balance in d savings account that I submitted. And £3000 in my dom acct.
So I was refuse becos my account was full of deposit

Now, I changed my circumstances by paying only my income in d said savings account till date
I also just got my buz registered just 2 month ago.....but I have been trading since last year...
I now have a corporate account where transaction money are deposited.
Hoping to pay 2 month salary /income from it to my savings acct before application, note that my income has been regular since feb.
Presently I have a little above 1million in my savings and about 600k in my buz acct.pls what else will I be needing to proof my income as I know I am to correct what d eco stated.i believe with your help and advise I can nail it...bless y'all
