hi everyone. am newbie on this platform. i will like to ask for your opinion as regard the study permit application. i will like to submit my online application for the study permit and am concerned as to the essence of the police character report as suggest on the guideline. Is Police character report mandatory for study permit applicant?. Am suppose to upload the report along other documents as requested online ?

Can somebody help with information on where and who can issue certificate of.eligibility to.study in Malaysia. am in need of one COE to process my visa application.
