Good evening @irohadis. I have been a customer right from Circuit atlantic days, to Shippyme and now Zaposta. I have had several challenges with these 3 companies/phases, infact with almost every shipment but I always let it pass. I currently have a challenge with Zaposta (shipment Z1511110568) and I do not intend to let this pass because this has become a frequent thing with your team. A mistake that can always be avoided. Kindly intervene. I have sent an email clearly stating my grievances and I copied you (your gmail address) which I believe is the best civil route to go about this. I await a swift resolution sir. Thank you.
