Secondly; Did I need to fill Long Stay visa application online form for France Student Visa.

he shld look for a better and well recognized school in France..
secondly did u use a sponsor acct??

He choose a well recognised school "Audencia Business School" and he applied for a specialized program "Msc in Supply Chain & Purchasing Management" which is not offered in all schools, as part of his career line (career advancement)
He has made advance payment of tuition fees and he also won a scholarship.

He didn't use a sponsor account, he has about N3M plus in his account when he applied.

some embassy just too stupid sha , that was wat Poland did to me last year too

My brother forwarded this mail to me this morning as the feedback he got from French Embassy after sending a mail to the French Embassy requesting the reason for rejection;
"The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable."

Please, what is the meaning of this response and what is the way forward so that he can apply for the next year intake.

They don't give reasons for student Visa.but they will ask you to appeal. Even though you appeal there will be no reply. It is just for you to reapply next year.try to know the area you didn't get right and correct your self.I was refused last year in Lagos

didn't they attached any note to it, I mean the reason for the refusal

Please, anyone who knows the procedure to reprint Ilaro Polytechnic HND Screening Slip should help out.
I have printed one earlier which is not displaying screening exam date showing "To be announce shortly" and it has been announce now on the school website which I need to print the updated one.
