I dropped my resignation letter today for one month notification. Own a car and I just changed the engine... I use to do bolt weekends and evening after works here in ibadan but presently things are really difficult and hustling in ibadan is another story and for the fact that I earn 70k monthly and own my car breaks my heart every day because I have some people on hire purchase here in ibadan paying 70k plus weekly. Now I took a bold step resigning and ready to face hustle fully by coming to Lagos ending of this month. Please Ogas in the house I need guidance and mentors. I drives yaris salon and everything is working. Thank you all |

The pay vis site is just showing the fine, not showing the evidence with snapshot.
I want to see the evidence please and I would appreciate it if someone could help out with that.
Thanks. Click on contest then at the top right hand you will see incidence, click the incidence and it will show the car that was captured. |

PeaceMaker24: Pls between a 2006 Corolla le(American) and a 2006 Corolla Altis(asian) and a 2008 Toyota Yaris hatch back, which is best for this ehailing business . All inputs will be greatly appreciated Toyota yaris is Fuel economical than Toyota corrola and you will be glad you are using it. Toyota corola is also good for the job but the risk of stealing and thief of Toyota corola is on a high side. But when rider order for ride and see Toyota yaris, mostly they don't know the difference between the earliest version because it is not stated on the app the year of the car so, some rider will cancel because of how small It Is but Toyota corola will give you some client Toyota yaris can't give you. If looking for fuel economical car go for Toyota yaris but if you are looking for a luxury and economical car again go for corola but have it at the back of your mind that, thief is monitoring you and also those who wants to steal your brain box... just my little knowledge because I use yaris 08 that looks like corrola... good luck |

knyte: . You are correct , Ibadan is truly big but then it still depends on your scope area of work and where you reside too. All in all, na calculation be everything. Don't accept rides that takes you somewhere you'll hardly get rides back. That's the scope, don't accept every order because there are some locations you will not see ride coming back... price of bolt from bodija to train station is between 6k to 7100 and you will drive 35 min and you can't smell a ride till you get back to Ojoo or UI and imagine taking such ride and you collect app price which you will definitely use 5litre go com, but when u see the price u may feel is a good price not knowing that u are just wasting ur fuel but if u negotiate further to 10k then with bolt commission u can still keep 4k to 5k for 1hr drive, because bodija to train station back to bodija is one hour drive... so in ibadan you have to use your head if not, you will borrow money to fix your car once he breaks down. |

WareLogMan: Not in ibadan will you make 40k with 16k fuel I'm not capping A 20km trip in ibadan is less than 5k gross, not even net. On indrive 4k. The only interesting is that all trips comes with free roads Except you are using micra as bolt, you can't make 40k with 16k fuel. As someone that drives in ibadan, possibility of him making 40k from 16k fuel is 50/50 and also the kind of car he uses, maybe Toyota yaris or any small car and also his negotiating power because even me, if I buy fuel 10k into my car. I must make times 2 of it if not times 3. I don't pick any ride and any ride I pick I will negotiate and if you are not ok I cancel it. Because I will let you know that where am taking you to, there is no guarantee that I wíll see ride after I drop you and I will let you know that even Okada will not collect the amount on the app to the destination. Ibadan minimum rude is 1700 with a bonus of 300 to 400 and they expect driver to go and pick a rider and drop a rider for 1300 when 1 litre of fuel is 1k, is better the rider takes bike or maruwa if he's not ready to add at least 800 upward. |

I base in ibadan and I am driving sometimes in the evening and weekends... the problem of ibadan Is that there are alternatives to bolt or uber which are Okadas and Keke plying all roads and these brings about competition between bolt and other transports... there is no how you won't be fraustrated doing bolt in ibadan but still yet there are ways to go about it... select the order you pick and be patient with picking orders... we can connect just reach me on 081..04392500 |

knyte: Has any bolt driver experienced this, not receiving orders despite being online? Shows you are online but when someone even next to you tries booking for a ride, in most cases it should pick you up but it picks someone else up far away. It's been this way for about 2days now. Any solution? Check your earnings, you don owe dem money and is only card trip that will enter. Just pay up |

Djdamian: Bro, this current administration has honestly been the toughest I’ve experienced.
Imagine spending ₦400k every month just on food and small miscellaneous stuff. That’s not even counting the other major expenses.
Some of my businesses, sales dropped badly because people now see the products as luxury they can’t afford. That’s why I’m seriously considering getting back into the e-hailing business, just to survive And now they’re trying to frustrate us further with things like tint permit and increased license renewal fees.
This government is milking every sector, yet we don’t see any real improvements in the lives of average Nigerians. At this point, there’s no middle class anymore,it’s either you’re rich or you’re poor.
Meanwhile, one APC midget will be out here claiming this government is working for everyone, even though he’s quietly dying inside and looking for car rentals to survive My brother, Nigeria has made us who we never imagined becoming. Ur vision is not clear anymore and everyone is just living and managing life... someone posted some other time for people to choose 6m in nigeria or 2k pounds in Uk and I said no matter what I will gladly choose 2k in Uk than 6m in nigeria because, 2k pounds is a reality in Uk if u work but 6m is an imagination in nigeria and 75 percent of the population of nigeria may not earn that monthly in their life time... the country has really truncated our vision and hope and we now pray for everything. It is well |

Obedibombedi: Are you a career person? If you fancy being a sole proprietor and know how to drive very well, e-hailing is profitable. 80k salary in 2025 is not fresh. Seriously, the month I got the car was thesame month I got the job and then it was 50k but later increased it to 75k .. though is a career path even though I am already 35 and a family is growing already. The thing there is that when we are out of the state for external audit, we are given 7k daily and hotel accommodation also.. we can save up to 500k plus in like 2 months from the money clients will tips us but aside the feeding allowance from the firm no additional money. After like 3 months outside state till following year again then we continue with the basic salary. |

Should i resign and use my car for E-hailing fully or i should stick with the job and if i am to resign which state should i move to, Abuja or lagos because i use my car for E-hailing in ibadan when i am around during evening times and weekends. I am open for condemnation and advices thank you all. |
