Try to go through this thread, a lot of vital info about CES by CGFNS. Also your ability to practice after CES , Nclex pass etc. May depend on your immigration status. What type of visa you're holding, will you need adjustment of status ( if not on immigrant visa), will you need to come home for consular processing. Those are the things to consider as you start the process.

I have immigrant visa and am in colorado presently.And please what is CES.

Pls house ,am a registered nurse in Nigeria presently in US am planning to practice here as a nurse,how do I go about it,I can't practice here unless I have their licence,I called cgfns and they said they would have to evaluate my credentials, has anyone gone through this before ...just want to be sure am doing the right thing.
