HelpeeDeck:Another scammer on the rampage tonight. Calls himself Damian Dimowo. He's been broadcasting his OPay account number all over the place, trying to scam people, and he's doing it all through tonight. Does he have friends around here? Check out the chats!

The portal supplied opens on some few devices. I have not been able to open it on the computer, but it opened on one of my phones. My question is "What response is received after pressing the 'SUBMIT' button?" After attaching the documents and pressing 'Submit', i was waiting for a response that will tell me if the files have been uploaded successfully, but the site just returned to the Application Form page, so i am not even sure if what i did is correct. Can anyone help out by sharing their experience after submitting the form online? Thanks. |
^ are you the one killing the languages? who exactly appointed you the language monitor? ![]() what's this supposed to mean: when there are millions of native speakers of these languages who you intentionally insulted with your d.aft post? do you need to rephrase?
Kudos to you, Ph.D Abusive languages; More grease to your elbow. Because one is suggesting that the languages should not be allowed to die? Always try to understand the point being made and don't start taking offence unnecessarily! odumchi: If you're really interested in finding native speakers of these languages, you'd have to go their respective localities. If you go to the creeks and mangrove swamps of Akwa Ibom and Cross River, you'll find young children and old men and women who don't know a spot of English. If they can't speak English at all, then they can't translate from English to their languages or vice versa. |
I work as a translator, and i constantly get jobs in some Nigerian languages like Efik, Ebira, Urhobo, Ogoni, Fulani, Itsekiri etc. Are there really people who can translate from English into all these languages? I feel since these languages are not being taught in Schools, they may be getting obsolete. There is a frantic need to revive them, and i would love to know people who can speak and write these languages very well. |
