I think the people who deserve it are the graphics designers, cyber cafe guys for printing and registrations, students for projects, accountants, small businesses, excel and Microsoft users, writers and bloggers, and people who do online gigs etc

There are Universities running top-up programme where you can convert your hnd to Bsc......just Google them and prepare financially. Good luck .

Did you write this last Jamb and you're looking for admission into your school of choice but it's not yielding positive results.

Worry no more as OAUSTECH, okitipupa calls for application as far as you score 150 upwards and you have your waec/neco/nabteb ssce results.

Honestly, if we don't try this.....we don't know how it's going to eventually affect us.
I really wish we can be optimistic and observant about this project to get something from it.
One person talk say how we wan take see work return the loan with this unemployment palaver.....but I will say the govt knows this before they sign a bill like this.

And this is a loan it's not a grant therefore it will come with it's own terms and no student is forced or will be forced as the case may be to take the loan
