We asked during the interview, but were told that they would use the contact sheet we filled to reach out.
I'm trying to login the account I just created in the new visa website as I suspect that's what's delaying, but it's quite buggy and not working. Keeps saying "User is inactive" for a new acct I just created, using "forgot password" to reset isn't working as well, nothing is being sent.
I'll keep trying

Hello,I am also under f4 did interview 2 weeks ago,we were asked to submit additional documents which is original birth certificate.We submitted last week at dhl. No change in our status what do you think we should do and for how long are we going to wait ?
