But claiming a liability of ongoing projects by Obiano is what I don't subscribe 'cos most of those projects he now claim as liability were flagged off to aid his electioneering which were hinged on continuity.

Even Obiano's aid confirmed 45% of the contract sum was paid by Peter Obi b4 he left office. Val (Obi's aid) explained it better to be payment made on already completed phases of the projects.

It is no longer news that the main aim of this brouhaha is Gov. Obiano taking loans as it has already been justified but my simple advise is let us not allow sentiments becloud our sense of objective reasoning.
