Properties › Re: Who's Responsible For Repairs In A Rented Apartment? Landlord Or Tenants? by yesloaded: 3:53pm On Sep 07

oroje1:
Please o my people, let me call myself a JJC here, I've lived in this apartment for a while now , just over 3 years to be precise, my landlord died recently, but while he was alive even though he was a bit strict, he was understanding and liberal in most of his expectations from us the tenants. Now the son in charge of the he house is something more or less a tyrant, I said so because our gate that has been broken for a while now, the young man said that it's we the tenants that should be responsible for the repairs, that the law of the land says so.... That that's what the law Court syipulates.... So I'm asking, is that true? There may be someone in the house who may know about this so well.

Outside Repair: Landlord responsibilities

Inner apartment repairs: Tenant responsibilities

Mind you, some landlord does both internal & external repairs (my family house as an example, we normally do the minor repair like door lock damage, window net etc because these things cost just little amount of money and we don't want any form of burden on tenants although it comes with instruction so they don't abuse the privilege)

Good day house. Is it a good idea to pull money from my MMF to invest in dangote refinery?

You mean like everything?

Before you do that, kindly check the value of his sugar stuff on day 1 & compare the price to present value

IMO I suggest you don't pull all your money n stake it on the IPO, but maybe like 10% if you are determined to invest in the IPO

IPO no be easiest way to make money cos it can go south

The risk is very very high
