So i ordered from you since 4th of last month, good has not arrived. It is almost two months now. The last time i contacted you,you said there is delay on your shipment and i should give you a little time. Even if there is delay, two months will clock now and yet same story. I sent you a message on WhatsApp and you failed to reply

I'm sorry for the fact you didn't get reply on Whatsapp yesterday but I was out network coverage as I travelled out of my state.

I have record of all customer and I do update them at appropriate time.

You paid on 4th of January at exactly 10:26pm, we placed your order at exactly 10:28pm same night and goods got delivered to usa warehouse on 16th of January which we update you that same date.

After sending the goods to Port and hoping to receive goods in Nigeria on 25th of January we got an update that there's delay which we update you immediately that same day.

It is beyond what I can control as I have no control over USA customs mode of operation.

Above all, I sincerely apologise for the delay as it brings no profit to either of us
