If you successfully applied for npower but yet to get your reference number, please, keep calm.
Be patient. I applied on Saturday, got the reference number today, Wednesday around 11:08pm.
Keep checking your inbox and spam folder or junk.
Spam folder is to gmail.
Junk is to yahoomail
However, this isn't a guarantee that everyone will be contacted.

check your spam messages, if it is not there, you can email them with your registration details, they could send you your ref no or instruct you on what to do, their email is on the site or on twitter @npower_ng

pls help o! I registered since tuesday n i have not receive any acknowlegement in my mail box even checked my spam message. I dont know if my application has been successfully submitted. Tried sending an email to npower but the mail was bouncing back. Pls how will u know if application has sucessfully bn submitted. angry
