Since last week that passport arrived Pretoria, they've been unable to send to kiwi embassy till this evening Lagos time

First tried Sterling bank card, it failed
Tried Zenith Bank card, it failed

Walked into Zenith Bank to fill form A for school fees payment. After debiting me ₦5,250 CBN said Form A is not for regular international transfer.

Yesterday, had to open 'dollar Account.'
Funded with $100(₦36,000)
Today Zenith Bank sent me Telex and evidence of crediting VFS's account

I'll now have to count my cost tomorrow, just to pay ZAR 530(₦13,500) I've spent ₦15,000 extra

How were you able to send your passport to SA. Do I need to book an appointment for submission?
What is the easiest way to make payment for the handling fee as well? What bank do you recommend?
