There are a good number of people who often say “Education does not guarantee success”. This article will unveil them. 1. The Illiterate. The illiterate, as they are known, are ignorant of the power of education. The predominance of them see years spent in school as a waste of time. 2. People With Financial Crisis. Another category of people who often say “Education does not guarantee success” are those who can’t afford to send their children to higher institution or the victims of these parents. They say this to console themselves. 3. People who give up when seeking admission. The indolent people have never run out of excuses. They always have something to say to defend their inabilities. After they could have applied for admission for a number of times and couldn’t make it. They end up saying “Education does not guarantee success”. 4. People with poor grades. Students with low grades are often scare of their chances of graduating well. They mostly have the phobia that their certificates will be inoperable. A good clause they used to soothe themselves is “Education does not guarantee success”. 5. Those who succeed without education. Let me first congratulate this category of people for their achievements. This set of people at times discourage people from going to higher institution because of their success without the effect of education. They won’t use those who make it with education as examples but only themselves. Like the first category of people I mentioned above, they also see education as a waste of time. They constantly say “ Education does not guarantee success”. According to me, It is true that education does not guarantee success but it is one of the prerequisite of success. https://studentsbase./2016/07/24/5-categories-ofpeople-that-sayeducation-does-notguarantee-success/ |

The high increase in inflation of price of goods this days is alarming, students need to be careful selecting their foodstuffs. There are some important foodstuffs students love to buy not because they are used to it but because they are very cheap and nutritious. Students are with little amount of money and the fact remains they must eat good food with that small money. Below are lists of important foodstuffs you will see students buy in Nigerian higher Institution: Rice: this is the number one major energy food source you find among students, it is very popular and special in Nigeria homes. Students find it easy cooking rice because the enjoy it, and choose combinations using beans, plantains, egg, fish and meet. Garri : this is a cassava product made from drying of cassava tuber after fermentation, Garri also appear in tiny form resembling a grinded cassava. The fact that students can drink it without boiling makes it a fast food. During the hot season, Students like taking garri after a stressful day to cool themselves which can also go with milk, sugar and groundnut. You can also do ‘Eba’ with garri with your desired stew and vegetables, Eba is a boiled garri poured in hot water. Beans: this is the cheapest protein source students rely on. Most students who cannot afford meats, eggs, fishes go for beans in large quantity. They carefully select their food combinations with the mixture of beans as protein e.g rice and beans, yam and beans, plantain and beans, beans and garri etc, Noodles: students also like noodles especially indomie and spaggeti , because is very fast. Students especially ladies, like cooking noodles in the morning when they have morning lectures because it’s light and fast. Yam flour : some students like tastes of indigenous foods, they don’t want to miss home. This make they buy yam flour which is rich in carbohydrates. It is made from yam tuber, dried and grinded to form flour which is done on fire with hot water. Potatoes: due to the high price of yam, students prefer potato whether sweet or irish because it is more cheaper than yam and can go with many food as possible to make a balanced diet. Bread: we can’t skip bread in the list, because most students like bread especially taking it with tea in the morning, with beans or beans cake. Students often buy bread when they want fast food. Beverages and milk : students like buying beverages and milking for cold time or morning. They also use it as coolant especially during hot weather by preparing it with cold water. It also complement bread and snacks. Wheat or Semo: this is also common amon g students especially students that hate yam flour and garri tend to go for wheat. This is also common among students that are on a specific diet. . Unity could be a vital part of friendship but what about priority? How can your friends affect your priority? Read this post. This post would teach what you need in friends and how your friends should affect you. This post is dedicated to everyone that after reading this post, would yearn for true friends. Your priority Your life and growth depends on how you spent your 24 hours. This means you need to plan how you spend your time in order to get a result that suits whatever you need. Now your friends play a vital role because they’ll challenge you in various aspects. What do you need in life? What aspect of life do you need to grow more into? Is it education? Is it spirituality? Is it fashion? It is your career? Find friends that can challenge you in any of these areas. Remember that you’ll never know that what you know is wrong if you’re not corrected by someone or something. This implies that without an external force, you won’t be able to grow and succeed in life. These two words are what everyone yearns for. No matter the aspect of life, we want to grow and succeed in them. Do you need education? Search for friends who have mutual ambition with you. Friends who are intelligent and can correct your errors. Do you need fashion? Search for friends who are good in dress selection. Friends who can tell you what to wear and when to wear it. No matter that area of life you need to grow in, search for people which suits your needs and let them influence you. In that way you’ll be able to succeed. Now you know how your priority affects your friendship and vice versa. There are some people however, who are like angels in your life whether they’re good or bad. The Angels in your life There are some people who can fill your ‘any need’. These people aren’t founded cause they’ve always been. These people are people who can help and assist you in any area of life. The sole reason why they can always help you is because of who they’re. They are your childhood friends. If you have any friend that you’ve always known, someone that you’ve been friends with when you were both children, respect and value him/her. Why? Your childhood friends, since they’ve always known you, know what suits and what’s best for you. They can help you and assist you whenever you need them. Always value them.
