The personal assistant should not give back the car. Its his car. All documents says so.Also the chairman has no right recalling gifts. A GIFT is a GIFT.

There was this lady that was given an official car with problems. The lady spent a lot fixing, fueling, maintaining and making the car sound for official duties. She started having issues with the owner of the company after 5years of dedicated service, she was being owed 4 months salary. She eventually resigned due to frustration.

2 weeks later. The company told her to return the car before she could get paid her salary. She was confused knowing fully well she might not get her salary if she returned it.

She got all the receipts of servicing,fuelling,all items bought to fix the car in good shape (she's the record keeping type). she even added and backdated receipts as advised by her lawyer.

She did her calculations, and her lawyer sent a mail to the company stating the total amount she was beign owed (4months salary + expenses on the car) which was way above the car's value.

The company had to reply, telling her to keep the car .

Banks are making a lot of money from this roundtripping with the help of CBN.

They make dollar scarce on purpose so the parallel market rate will be high and they cut deals with the BDC operators. You'll always see mallams every morning at almost all banks especially GTBank.

It's wrong. Official rates is 199 the op should have been charged at that rate. CBN should sanction erring banks.

CBN should make rules and policies to make Naira VERY SCARCE and dollars in excess and watch the rate at which dollar at the parallel market will depreciate.

This should be called BACK to BACK beating.
