Its a tough one. I pray you make the right choice such that when you look back in years, you will be fulfilled and happy.
Migration now is changing in most countries. A larger percentage of immigrants in the Uk are into care work, warehouse and others. Only a smaller fraction are Nurses, Doctors, civil servants and in other professions considered to be highly skilled. I say this not to ridicule any profession but because you mentioned you do not want to continue the kind of work you currently do in Hamburg. The job situation in Uk may not necessarily be better except you are in a highly skilled profession.

Canada would be a great option if you are coming in as a PR. But the express entry pool is now very competitive and alot of people in the system too are still hoping to get a permanent stay. But it may still be better in terms of settlement than the Uk especially if you are in some occupations and are willing to go to a rural area.
I saw that some provinces are giving PR for relocation to their rural areas. Maybe you can check that out and see. its online and have a look at different provinces eligible occupation for provincial nomination. The challenge is just that nowadays, many provinces now want you to have at least one year of work experience in their province before being eligible. But spend time researching to see if you'll find anything useful.

You mentioned nursing. Nursing would be a fantastic option but it doesnt come cheap either and you would need to be strategic with your choice of school, fincancial planning etc. If at all you do decide for nursing, you may consider Ireland, i understand you get equivalent of PR in 2 years after living and working there and citizenship quicker than the uk. I believe they also have a public list of companies eligible to sponsor people for jobs, you can have a look. maybe that would give you an idea of what areas you can position yourself and pivot into.

A few things to note though, moving to a new country is like starting over, so please consider it well and be sure you have explored all options available to you where you are... except you have a job waiting for you where you are going or have support there.
And please, keep your money well oo.. dont go and use it to venture in a new business you know nothing about in Nigeria oo.

Are you going to be hired as a contract or permanent staff?

If it is contract, consider it more carefully especially because it is sales.

As a fresh graduate, if shelter and feeding is not a problem and you finished with at least a 2:1, I'll suggest:

you spend time developing your skill set and reach out for better opportunities. Jobs like this may make you stuck and it may become more difficult to leave once you start and it may feel like you wasted your early years.

Practise test questions for graduate trainees in banks and other organisations so much that you are so good and know what test type is for which company.

Most importantly, follow your mind (as inspired by the Holy Spirit if you are a christian). Some not-so-appealing jobs may turn out to be a footstep into a better offer in an organisation. Hence, there's no formula to this thing called life.

Lastly, if you started and it becomes very toxic, please leave oo. But prepare your mind, sales in banks in Nigeria is not for the "weak"
