**SALARY SCALE**

Please, any ideas about DPR Salary Scale for Experienced Hires?

I'm currently in a finance job paying gross N8million p.a (no much perks), and just trying to benchmark with DPR.

Good advice will be highly appreciated.

I did my first workforce interview, FCMB MDP, over Skype cos I was in the UK.

Questions were competency based...asking you to give a scenario where you've had to persuade someone or make a decision etc
