I dont think so , except your sponsor income can not meet the US poverty line guildline but then you will be advised to get a joint sponsor who can support.

I just received my welcome letter. When I login only my wife name was included my children were not as they were not born when the petition was made. I added them as derivative applicat. How long does it take for nvc to approve?

I have an approved i130 pettion under f3. My priorty date is 09 feb. 2007. When can I expect welcome letter from the NVC.
