Been longing to make a panel dress for my baby but know that habit when you can sew for others from now till tomorrow but you won't have to do your own, I finally made this 8 PC's panel dress with ruffled neck line. The measurements are: sh- 8", burst circumference/ lnt - 19/4.5, waist length/circumference - 7/19, gown length 20". Used 1 and half yard of the fabric an 1 yard of net.
