Aside from the dropque interview, its 2 interviews.. I.e HR zonal and Director of HR.

however a times it could be split into 3 interviews. , I don't knw the reason tho.

is the first interview always in batches because people has started getting invite and I am yet to get one?

For the psychometric test, it's just like sjt or normal personality tests, they cite scenarios and you get options on what you think is the best way to deal with the situation or what you think about a scenario and then you also get to answer questions about yourself. Long and short it's just a personality test, there's no reading for it, just have a good sense of morals and ethics.

The video chat or dropque interview is like an on-demand video interview, u sign up, the system throws questions at you and you record and send for each question, finally you upload Ur CV and you are done. Just get a system with a webcam, headphones and a quiet environment. You can preview and re-do the videos if you are not satisfied with what you recorded. No pressure, just be yourself and express yourself clearly.

Try to contact the HR person who handled your initial aptitude test screening if you can, they should be able to help you deal with these issues. Or call the number for enquiries in the Aptitude test text invite you received.

I just sent a mail to them now hoping they reply as soon as possible.

Hi guys. Please I have a problem. I did my test yesterday and afterwards I was sent the link to do the psychometric test, I started doing the psychometric test in the night and got to the last page (5/5) before falling asleep. When I woke up this morning, I answered the last question and pressed submit. But what I saw on my phone's screen was Unhandled Exception;No session started.
I've refreshed the page many times to no avail. I've tried going back to my email and clicking on the link from there, yet no change. I also tried live chatting with a customer service representative on the website, but for some reason, when I click on the box "type your message here", my keyboard doesn't come up. I don't know what else to do.

I have not been able log in at all it was saying unhandled exception no session started... pls anyone who has successful completed psychometric test should let us know and Again is there anyone we can contact to tell them about this development? pls let's try to reply so we can help oyrselves.
